Finished this watercolor of the Westvaco Paper Mill in Covington, VA. This town is interestingly caught in time—probably from the mid-seventies. I'm sure the residents would argue differently, but as a visitor, it strikes me as old-fashioned. It is an amazing sight to come around a corner and see the plant. A rather time consuming painting
