Another Key West gouache. These are done on small scraps of bookbinder's board which is sturdy, has a warm, neutral, middle tone, and accepts the paint nicely. It doesn't result in such a chalky appearance.
I have begun the preliminary drawings for the next Scoundrel—Field Marshal B. Montgomery. I also started a large watercolor of a summer clothesline.
